First Experience Eating Delicious Sushi Tei

Today's lunch was really special for me, because today I ate at a very famous sushi restaurant in Indonesia, Sushi Tei. This is my first experience eating at this restaurant. If my girlfriend doesn't invite me to eat at this restaurant, maybe I don't know how many years I can taste the delicious sushi at this restaurant. How come I've never eaten at Sushi Tei before? First, because I'm not familiar with the sushi menu. Second, because the sushi in this restaurant is quite expensive. But, even though the price is quite expensive for me, the taste of the sushi is really delicious. So, if you want to pamper your tongue, Sushi Tei is a recommended restaurant choice.

Luckily I have a kind-hearted lover. She has prepared a list of some delicious sushi menus at Sushi Tei restaurant so that I don't get confused when ordering food. Seriously, I'm tacky.

As a layman in the sushi world, let me tell you the taste of the sushi menu I ordered at Sushi Tei based on the taste that landed in my mouth.

The following is a list of menus recommended by my lover:

1. Dynamite roll
2. Chuka ldako
3. Salmon Melted Cheese roll
4. Kani Mentai Mayo Roll
5. Crispy cheese roll

Dynamite roll, it almost exploded my mouth. When I eat it without any additives, it tastes delicious. The taste of the mayo and grilled cheese was quite dominant in my mouth, but the taste of the clams and shrimp didn't leave an impression on the tongue. This menu is more delicious when I eat it with the addition of soy sauce and a little wasabi.

Chuka Idako, unique and addictive food. The basic ingredient of this food is baby octopus which is cooked and then given a special Japanese seasoning. It tastes sweet, savory and slightly salty, refreshing when I eat it. The texture of the meat is chewy and soft in the mouth. Usually this menu is served with radish or rice. Since I'm used to eating rice, I chose to serve it with radish.

Salmon Melted Cheese Roll, of the many menus ordered by my lover, Salmon Melted Cheese Roll is the best in terms of appearance. Imagine, a bunch of sushi pieces soaked in cheese sauce and served on a hotplate. Not only in terms of beautiful appearance, it really makes me grateful to be born in this world. This sushi consists of salmon wrapped and inside there are pieces of shrimp, then sprinkled with black fish roe. The best taste is in the cheese sauce that surrounds the sushi pieces. When it landed in my mouth, there was a slight spicy taste to the cheese sauce. Surprisingly cheese with a hint of spiciness.

Kani Mentai Mayo Roll, this is sushi that is crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The sprinkling of fried potatoes served dry was the cause of the noise in my mouth. Then the inside filled with crab meat and salmon manages to transform into a Janàcek symphony that sings a beautiful tune on my tongue.

Crispy Cheese Roll, this sushi came the earliest of the other menus I ordered. The appearance is simple, but the taste cannot be underestimated. The thing I can't forget about this sushi is the combination of crab meat, cucumber slices and cheese that is unique in my mouth. This sushi is very delicious when eaten with a mixture of shoyu and wasabi.

Lastly, I will share some of my knowledge about eating sushi. When I eat sushi, I always order a drink of Ocha (Japanese green tea). Drinking Ocha after eating sushi will make our tongue neutral again. So, if we order a lot of different Sushi menus, we should drink Ocha every time we finish eating one type of sushi.
