Hello everybody, last week of December 2024, we travelled to MCC Lifestyle Office in Cebu City. As you may know both me and hubby are Senior Citizen already but we do not take synthetic drugs or maintenance for high blood pressure and diabetic maintenance we opt to herbal supplements, and our source is MCC Lifestyle Center about 2 hours travel from our place.

When I went up to their office at the 2nd floor aha I snapped this strong Shadow because it was in the afternoon.Look!

This is the good thing if you are a Shadow Hunter, you must be keen to your surroundings.
