HOW I COOKED INIHAW OUT OF CURIOUSITY IF I CAN DO IT

saw a tiktok of @eatwellpinas cooking this and a lot of people was asking about the ingredients over it and showed the process of how he made his barbeque Porkchop, I thought the ingredients can be found easily in our local stores and can be bought without a problem, since some cooking videos i found shares ingredients that can't be found in my area.

I'm also curious if it really tastes good because a lot of people are commenting that it's a delicious process, so I wanted to try and see if it's really delicious or if I can cook it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Toyo
  • Barbecue Marinade
  • Sprite
  • Banana Ketchup
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pork Meat

or just refer to the first picture it's mostly shown in there if you prefer visuals just like me,

It's not that complicated to do because it was just instructed to mix everything, well all marination are like that right? mixing every ingredients 😆

I got so excited about mixing everything that I forgot that the first process was to pour the soda into the meat first 😅

put a cling wrap in the container so that it wouldn't get spoil while i put it in the refrigerator, I was planning on setting it for an hour so i can have it as my dinner, but then maybe it wouldn't taste too good since the meat still hasn't absorbed the mix ingredients so I let it stay in the ref for a whole night and plan to cook it the next day as breakfast.

Okay, in the video it was supposed to be processed in grilled right? I forgot that I didn't have any grill materials with me, I was thinking of frying it the whole time! facepalm* I swear when I woke up and realized it, I was so disappointed with myself, but then I thought I saw some people frying it, not using oil but the marinating mix till it gets thicker and clings to the meat.

When I was done cooking it, I sliced it into cubes and had a taste of it, I have to say it was a little sweet, maybe I put too much ketchup on it, I was actually expecting the same kick with the barbecue I experienced buying in local areas, but it's too different, but still it can be eaten good ~ or more like it's delicious ~

I put 1 and a half cup of rice since I'm sure i'll be eating a lot with those meats, and I sliced myself tomatoes because it's a perfect pair in every meal ~

Ok na yong toyo at ketchup without the mamasita's marinade kasi matamis na yata yong mamasita. Pero na takam ako just looking at the photo. Huhu!

Surely appetizing for breakfast. I saw my relatives mixing the marinate sauce but I never saw them mixing it with Banana Ketchup. Now, I wonder how it taste haha

Wow!

That's pretty good for a new chef :) You have talent in the kitchen as well then.

I think cooking has a LOT to do with improvisation, really. That's probably what makes it such a creative endeavour.

Love your presentation of the final product. 🔥
