Hola bienvenidos a mi blog, es un gusto estar aquí nuevamente en esta gran comunidad, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas ricas arepas rellenas de sardinas, verduras y queso.

Hello welcome to my blog, it is a pleasure to be here again in this great community, this time I bring you some delicious arepas stuffed with sardines, vegetables and cheese.

Para ello vamos a hacer las arepas como de costumbre, con harina de maíz, sal y agua, las colocamos en el budare.

For this we are going to make the arepas as usual, with corn flour, salt and water, we place them in the budare.

Para el Relleno necesitaremos una sardina, un tomate, una cebolla, una ramita de cebollino, vinagre y sal al gusto.

For the Filling we will need a sardine, a tomato, an onion, a sprig of chives, vinegar and salt to taste.

Picar el tomate, la cebolla y el cebollino en cuadritos.

Chop the tomato, onion and chives into squares.

Luego procedemos a limpiar las sardinas, las añadimos a las verduras picadas y mezclamos.

Then we proceed to clean the sardines, add them to the chopped vegetables and mix.

Añadimos sal y vinagre a tu gusto.

We add salt and vinegar to your liking.

Por último abrimos las arepas para rellenarlas, colocamos el relleno de sardina y queso rallado (opcional), como ha ido relleno lo he colocado al lado de las arepas.

Finally we open the arepas to fill them, we place the stuffing of sardine and grated cheese (optional), as it has been filled I have placed it next to the arepas.

Y así son estas ricas arepas rellenas de sardinas, vegetales y queso, espero les guste.
