Buenas amigos de Hive, los saludos bajo los tres nombres poderosos, padre, hijo y espíritu santo. Antes de comenzar con este post de pescado frito, quiero citar un versículo en la biblia, el cual se encuentra en Juan 21:10-11, en donde Jesús los invita a comer pescado.

Un delicioso pescado frito acompañado de arroz tajada y aguacate el pescado contiene vitamina omega 3 y mucho fósforo.

Sin mas preámbulo, comenzare con la preparación de este plato.

Good friends of Hive, I greet you under the three mighty names, father, son and holy spirit. Before I start with this fried fish post, I want to quote a verse in the bible, which is found in John 21:10-11, where Jesus invites you to eat fish.

A delicious fried fish accompanied by sliced rice and avocado, the fish contains omega 3 vitamins and lots of phosphorus.

Without further ado, I will begin with the preparation of this dish.

Ingredientes:

  • Pescado.
  • Arroz.
  • Plátano.
  • Agua.
  • Aguacate.
  • Sal al gusto.

Ingredients:

  • Fish.
  • Rice.
  • Plantain.
  • Water.
  • Avocado.
  • Salt to taste.

Primeramente puse el arroz en el caldero y le agregue el agua conjuntamente la sal, y lo lleve al fuego.

First I put the rice in the pot and added the water together with the salt, and put it on the fire.

Luego tome el plátano y lo troce en tajadas para continuar friéndolo una vez listo el plátano.

Then take the plantain and cut it into slices to continue frying once the plantain is ready.

En el mismo sarten puse a sofreír el pescado ya condimentado con su respectiva sal y su toque de limón.

In the same frying pan I fried the fish already seasoned with salt and a touch of lemon.
