Lava y corta todos los vegetales en pequeños cuadros,los ajos trituralos y luego incorpora todo picado a una cacerola para llevará cocinar.

Paso 5 La Masa de la tarta.
Usaremos:
- Harina de trigo.
- Mantequilla.
- Agua templada.
- Sal.

Tomaremos el harina de trigo junto la sal y agregamos la mantequilla, con los dedos integramos y luego incorpora el agua templada poco a poco a su vez amasando hasta obtener una masa moldeable.

Estiramos la masa y la colocamos en un molde para luego rellenar con el pollo que tenemos reservado, no agregues los jugos que quedaron del mismo porque humedecera mucho la masa y cuando terminemos de cocinar se podrá romper y no salir bien.

Coloca la última capa de masa estirada en la parte superior y pincha con tenedor para que haya mejor cocción y no quede cruda ninguna parte de la "galleta salada" de la tarta. A 180° centígrados cocina ti rica preparación por 18 minutos.
