These are the ones Herb's grandfather keeps in his inner room, he uses them when he wants to warm his spirit, according to him, those Herbs were given to him by his father, Herb has a strong power to cure infections in the body.

Grandfather is also keeping it for his children to use, those herbs has so many functions to perform in the body that was what he told me and Lucy, they are herbs that should be passed from generation to generation, to keep the people of the family healthy and safe.

Grandpa on that day, he poured some of the herb into a glass cup for me and my fiancee Lucy, I drank it and my eyes started to shine, Lucy was telling me that this is the first time she tastes an herb, Grandpa said she doesn't have to worry that throughout our stay here she can always come back for more.

The next day Grandpa took Lucy and me into a thick bush and cut some grass for us. He used our time with him to give us more information about the uses of herbs and what the root of each plant does to the body.

He also said that in those days when white men had not introduce drugs, we Africans used the root of plants to cure so many diseases, infections and some other bacteria in the body.

He pointed to a big tree that had been so wild in the bush and told me that even his ancestors used it to cure headaches, he learned from his father what each herb can cure in our body.

After the conference we went home, Grandpa prepared a delicious meal for us, Lucy enjoys the meals grandpa Cook very much, we were going to travel the next day, but she insisted that we stay with Grandpa a little longer, but the next day we had to took our leave due to our work schedules.
