Hive Music Festival Week 80, Round 2 || A Cover of Ancient word [Eng/Esp]

Hello friends of the hive Music festival, my name is @jesus-son and I specially welcome you to the week 80 and round 2 of the festival. I have missed this event and as I got the slightest free time, I decided to come in again. Pardon me for my absence all the while.

In this post, I wish to reflect and produce around a song that so much touches my heart each time I listen to it. It is the song titled: Ancient Word sang by the great gospel singer and writer Michael W. Smith. Mike, is an American gospel artiste of about age 60 and married to a very beautiful woman with children and even grand children.

His songs are highly inspirational and appreciated by many. Ancient word is particular to him but Don Moen had also don a cover of it and so one could see versions of it. But Of course the one of the master remains for me the best version.

Ancient word, describes our God who is most ancient and authentic. This song brings to mind the gospel of John chapter 1:1 which talks of in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. Who is this word?

It is our Lord Jesus who came down on the earth with His might to save mankind from all the troubles and the punishment due to man for his many sins. This song brings to mind one important point, that the ancient word,(Our Lord Jesus) is capable of changing us into great persons. But not without an open heart.

We are in the post-modern era when things have gone so wild and the idea of the divine is put at the background and people tend to be concerned only of their freedom as persons. People ask why they should believe instead of what to believe. In this indifference, the Lord cannot come down to us and change our lives.

Hola amigos del Hive Music Festival, mi nombre es @jesus-son y les doy especialmente la bienvenida a la semana 80 y ronda 2 del festival.
Me perdí este evento y como tuve un poco de tiempo libre, decidí volver.
perdóname por mi ausencia todo el tiempo.

En este post deseo reflexionar y producir en torno a una canción que tanto toca mi corazón cada vez que la escucho.
se trata de la canción titulada: palabra antigua cantada por el gran cantante y escritor de gospel michael w.
smith. Mike, es un artista de gospel estadounidense de aproximadamente 60 años y está casado con una mujer muy hermosa con hijos e incluso nietos.

sus canciones son muy inspiradoras y apreciadas por muchos.
palabra antigua es particular para él, pero don moen también había puesto una portada de ella y por eso se podían ver versiones de ella.
pero claro la del master sigue siendo para mí la mejor versión.

palabra antigua, describe a nuestro dios que es el más antiguo y auténtico.
esta canción me trae a la mente el evangelio de juan capítulo 1:1 el cual habla de que en el principio era la palabra y la palabra estaba con dios y la palabra era dios.
¿quién es esta palabra?

es nuestro señor jesús quien descendió a la tierra con su poder para salvar a la humanidad de todos los problemas y del castigo debido al hombre por sus muchos pecados.
este canto trae a la mente un punto importante, que la palabra antigua,(nuestro señor jesús) es capaz de convertirnos en grandes personas.
pero no sin un corazón abierto.

Estamos en la era posmoderna en la que las cosas se han vuelto tan locas y la idea de lo divino queda en segundo plano y la gente tiende a preocuparse sólo por su libertad como personas.
la gente pregunta por qué deberían creer en lugar de qué creer.
En esta indiferencia, el Señor no puede descender hasta nosotros y cambiar nuestras vidas.
