So much in our world and lives to be grateful for,
So much suffering too.
The beauty that surrounds me,
Also all surrounds You.

The year is sliding past us,
Ever racing to its end,
Beginning anew,
This dance of life
Where we spin.

‘Tis but a Wisp of smoke; Here one moment then gone.
So do not waste your time in regret and sorrow;
Enjoy Your time while you can.
You really don't have that long.

ha ha ha... seems like that would be difficult for you, living naked and barefoot and all (just joking)
I've got 2 desktop PC's, a Laptop, 2 1Terabyte external HDD's and tons of flashdrives with all manner of image files (documents too)
I guess I'm a data hoarder. 🤖 (I'm a smart ass too!)

Hehe...I have my ways! I'm a tech geek (among many other designations) in the jungle, which is a tad challenging to say the least! The jungle ate most of my technology. I've been without a laptop for more than a year and a half now. Getting a new suitable laptop and another super router are high on my priority list! I keep many of my images and memes in zero-knowledge encrypted cloud storage. Some are on hard drives that I can't easily access until I get a new computer. Soon! I save a lot, too, and all manner of digital things! Smart asses are far better than dumb asses by far! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I wish I could pick you up and bring you over here to my house I would very much like to learn Linux and other operating systems because I have grown to hate Microsoft

That's very kind! Thank you! Being able to work with my beloved Arch Linux is a big reason that I want to get another computer ASAP! I miss it! I love teaching people how to use Linux, and I share your feelings about Microsoft. I'm no fan of Apple either! Free and Open Source Software and Hardware (FOSSH) all the way!

We just need to get our teleportation ability up and running! Then I could pop over, teach Linux lessons, then hop back to the jungle! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I wish you hadn't reminded me about the getting older part ha ha ha. I am reminding myself into an early grave I sometimes think.
I have friends who tell me "Whenever you use the I AM phrase, you are 'speaking (whatever that was) into life
I AM an old man
I AM very sick
And another thing, never OWN your illness.
"I need to treat MY COPD, or MY Cancer" etc etc...

Speak into life positive things, Lord knows I am not really equipped to do that, but I try to be mindful of that.
Seems like witchcraft, but on the other hand, Prayer is "Supernatural" so....

I'm afraid that health issues will continue to mount as our journey nears its end. I'm blessed to have had so many good times and such a great family. When I start feeling sorry for myself, recalling fond memories helps to lift me out of the doldrums.
Positive thinking can be very therapeutic.

May 2023 be a good year, full of quality time for us old-timers.
