The feeding program

It's been a few months the last time we visit our health center in our Purok. One of the employee of CHO(City Health Office) send me a message via Facebook messenger that baby Collin needs to attend the feeding program. It's Erlinda, our neighbor. She's the one also assist on my delivery period when I give birth to baby Collin. A very supportive neighbor ever, thanks to her.

So last December 12,2023 it's Tuesday around 1pm we're heading to health center next to the Purok stage. But suddenly they are using the stage as of that moment. There's a lot of kids and parents when we reach the stage. Then Erlinda assist us and she give me a chair. Few minutes later she give me the attendance but I can't write because baby Collin can't stop moving lol. So she's the one write my name and I just signed.

It's feeding time...

After few minutes they just start the event with a prayer. The doctor just give a speech and sharing some for the kids. Then they distributed the Christmas gifts and some Lomi. I thought it's arozcaldo, but wow it's a yummy lomi. But baby Collin don't eat that kind of food same with the rice. I tell them also his an autism kid. A picky eater. I can't forced him also because he will get angry and he will throw it. I'll just wait for the right time as what his doctor said.

Baby Collin was so excited to open his gift. He don't want the AICE ice cream and Hansel biscuit but he chose the bubbles hahaha. His still holding the box and he want me to open the bubbles but I tell him not now baby, at home only okay. Then he said "okay mommy". He keep squeezing the bubbles and I was smiling with his reaction hahaha.

That's all for todays blog and I've been thankful to the CHO and also to our Purok health center for sharing some for my son. Small happiness makes me happy also as a mother of an autism. Blessed Sunday hivers!
