A Night of Good Music | #Monomad Challenge

It is said that music is the language of the soul. Well, I agree with that, with music any individual can express a feeling through music, it may be a heartbroken or unfathomable joy. A message from the song alone can lift a broken heart and can soften even the toughest heart. Anyways, so much more for that, recently we have celebrated our town fiesta and days before the festivity almost every night there was entertainment for the locals.

One of those nights was a night of good music wherein the youth council invited the most requested local band that plays Visayan songs with a very good message that most of the youths can relate to. Most likely the reason why they were often invited to many municipalities around Cebu and now making their own name in the music industry in Visayas and Mindanao region, I wish them to conquer Luzon as well so that Visayan music can be put to the highlights of mainstream media. The band called themselves Oh! Caraga, maybe because the band is from the Caraga region in Mindanao. Check out these snaps I took.

In this photo, one of the vocalists who play acoustic as well started to sing their iconic song Ipanumpa Ko which translates into English as a "Promise". And so the crowd started to sing along.

The band also acknowledges their guest artist and an influencer as well at the same time a homegrown one from our municipality Malaya Macaraeg.

On the other hand, I also captured the crowd's reaction all were mixed emotions as I observed just like in the photo below whose fan is holding a flag written by the logos band and shouting the beat of their iconic song.

Some were so chill that I even capture a fan who looked at the lens as this moment I'm taking a photo of fans around the area and what seemed to be lovers as well whom I think taking selfies.
