Hoy les traigo unas exquisitas berenjenas guisadas esta receta es ideal para preparar en la cena o de aperitivo, ademas de ser un plato sano, sabroso y ligero son fáciles de preparar. Esta deliciosas berenjenas las puedes guardar en el refrigerador y servirla con pan pita, con pan tostado a manera de crostini o con pasta también quedan perfectas y un poco de queso. lo mejor de todo que las puedes tener guardadas para cuando te llega visita, ya que estas berenjenas se pueden servir como plato caliente, o frío. Son ideales para disfrutarlos con la familia o amigos. ¡ Espero les guste mucho y lo disfruten !.

Today I bring you some exquisite stewed eggplants, this recipe is ideal to prepare for dinner or as an aperitif, besides being a healthy, tasty and light dish, they are easy to prepare. These delicious eggplants can be stored in the refrigerator and served with pita bread, with toasted bread as a crostini or with pasta, they are also perfect and a little cheese. Best of all, you can have them saved for when you visit, since these aubergines can be served as a hot or cold dish. They are ideal to enjoy with family or friends. INGREDIENTES

*Berenjenas * Cebolla * Pimentón * Ajo * cebollin * Celeri * Aji
*Aceite * paprika * Sal al gusto

Preparación:

Lavamos y troceamos las berenjenas en dados, luego las colocamos en un envase con agua y sal por aproximadamente 15 minutos.


Preparation:

Wash and dice the aubergines, then place them in a container with water and salt for approximately 15 minutes.

Una vez remojadas en agua con sal las pasamos a escurrir en un paño.

Ahora colocamos todos los aliños a sofreír un poco y luego agregamos la berenjenas, un poco de aceite onotado, la paprika y la cucharadita de curry y un poco de agua, removemos y dejamos cocinar por aproximadamente 20 minutos o hasta que reduzca , luego le colocamos unas rodajas de ají y tapamos hasta que enfrié.
