Ingredientes|Ingredients.

• 2 kilo de pollo|2 kilo of chicken.

• 1 cebolla|1 onion.

• 2 tomates|2 tomatoes.

• 1 zanahoria|1 carrot.

• 1 pimentón|1 paprika.

• 4 ajíes|4 chili peppers.

• 2 tallos pequeños de cebollín|2 small stalks of scallions.

• 6 dientes de ajo6 cloves of garlic.

• 1 cdta de azúcar|1 teaspoon sugar.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Sal al gusto|Salt to taste.

• Despresamos el pollo y llevamos una sartén a la cocina y le agregamos un poco de aceite y el azúcar.
