Un cordial saludo para esta bella comunidad,para oportunidad les tengo una deliciosa receta se trata de una tortilla de cebolla y perejil y otros ingredientes que se los dare a continuación es muy facil de preparar y es totalmente saludable.

A cordial greeting for this beautiful community, for opportunity I have a delicious recipe is a tortilla of onion and parsley and other ingredients that I will give them below is very easy to prepare and is totally healthy.

Ingredientes||Ingredients.

• 1 cebolla pequeña|1 small onion.

• 4 huevos|4 eggs.

• 1 manojo de perejil|1 bunch of parsley.

• Aceite|Oil.

• Sal al gusto|Salt to taste.

• 1/2 cdta de pimienta|1/2 tsp pepper.

Paso a paso||Step by step.

• Le quitamos la piel a la cebolla y cortamos en trozos pequeñitos

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into small pieces.

• Luego el perejil tambien lo cortamos pequeñito.

Then we also cut the parsley into small pieces.

• Después en una sartén con un poco de aceite vamos a sofreir la cebolla y el perejil.

Then in a frying pan with a little oil we are going to fry the onion and parsley.

• Ahora vamos a batir los huevos y le agregamos sal y el sofrito de cebolla y perejil

Now we are going to beat the eggs and add salt and the fried onion and parsley.

• En una sartén agrego un poquito de aceite y vierto la mezcla a fuego lento.

In a frying pan I add a little bit of oil and pour the mixture over low heat.

• Ahora volteamos la tortilla y listo la servi en un plato y le agregue lechugas y tomates como parte de la decoración.
