It is to be noted that Devatakhum can be visited throughout the year, but in the rainy season, the water level in Jhiri and Khum often rises excessively and in that case, the army is not allowed to go. On the other hand, from the end of winter to the beginning of summer, the water decreases a lot. Then Devtakhum may not feel good. The ideal time to visit Devtakhum is from September to February.
