Hello dear community of beautiful women of #LadiesOfHive. I really liked the questions in this week's contest, this is the 4th time I have participated in this wonderful community. This time I take the opportunity to invite my friend @mariamglow
1️⃣ What is the most important thing you ALWAYS carry with you, and why?
When I read this question I thought about water. I always carry my carafe of water at room temperature and if I last a lot in the street because I carry cold water, you can not miss in my backpack, it is something essential in my outings, I get very thirsty because whenever I go out I talk a lot haha. I can not miss water on any occasion, and not only because I talk a lot, but also because whenever I go out I last at least 3hrs. Although also because of the Coronavirus I have also had to always have with me my little bottle of isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer and certainly the mouth guard.
2️⃣ Are you a leader person or a follower, and why do you think that is?
It depends a lot on the occasion, personally I think I am a leader, but only when I give my music lessons. I give orders and I have my character so that the students take the classes seriously. On many occasions I have been a leader, and I have not been bad at it. Although I must admit that I am more of a follower than a leader. Because it is very different to order a child in class than to order adult people. Adults no longer tend to follow rules or parameters and even less when they are ordered because they are simply adults, I say this because I sometimes behave like this because no one can order me anything because I will not listen because I am an adult and adults do not let anyone "dominate" us haha. But yes, it depends a lot on the situation in which I am placed, because if it is teaching classes or something like that I am an excellent leader, I have given classes to children, teenagers and adults and it works, but to order an adult to do something that makes him leave his comfort zone or to lead a large group of people it will be more complicated to be a leader. The good thing about working as a music teacher is that I realized that I can be a good leader with my students and encourage them to work every day to improve in the execution of the instrument and that fills me with satisfaction.

1️⃣ ¿Qué es lo más importante que llevas SIEMPRE contigo y por qué?
Al leer esta pregunta de una vez pensé en el agua. Yo siempre cargo mi garrafa de agua a temperatura ambiente y sí duro muchísimo en la calle pues llevo el agua fría, no puede faltar en mi mochila, es algo fundamental en mis salidas, a mí me da mucha sed porque siempre que salgo hablo mucho jaja. El agua no me puede faltar en ninguna ocasión, y no solo por lo mucho que hablo, sino también porque siempre que salgo duro mínimo 3hrs. Aunque también por lo del Coronavirus he tenido también que tener siempre conmigo mi botecito de alcohol isopropílico, el desinfectante de manos y sin duda alguna el tapabocas.
2️⃣ ¿Eres una persona líder o seguidora, y por qué crees que es así?
Depende mucho de la ocasión, en lo personal yo sí creo que soy una persona líder pero solamente cuándo doy mis clases de música. Doy órdenes y tengo mi carácter para que los alumnos se tomen en serio las clases. En muchas ocasiones me a tocado ser una persona líder, y no se me ha dado mal. Aunque debo admitir que soy más seguidora que líder. Porque es muy diferente ordenarle a un niño en clases que ordenarle a gente adulta. Los adultos ya no tienden a seguir reglas o parámetros y menos cuando se les ordena porque simplemente son adultos, lo digo porque yo a veces me comporto así de que nadie me puede ordenar nada porque no haré caso porque soy adulta y los adultos no nos dejamos "dominar" de nadie jaja. Pero sí, depende mucho de la situación en la que me coloquen, porque sí es de dar clases o algo así pues soy excelente líder, le he dado clases a niños, adolescentes y a adultos y sí funciona, pero para ordenar a qué un adulto haga algo que lo haga salirse de su zona de confort o dirigir a un extenso grupo de personas pues será más complicado ser una líder. Lo bueno de trabajar de profesora de música es que me dí cuenta que puedo ser una buena líder con mis alumnos y animarlos a que trabajen cada día para mejorar en la ejecución del instrumento y eso me llena mucho de satisfacción.
