Hello everyone, I'm glad to meet you again at the beginning of this week. May we all be given extraordinary happiness in carrying out busy activities. I hope to always spread kindness and lots of stories to all of you. Hivers, I have gone through so many journeys, it makes me even more grateful in my current life. Isn't gratitude a process of happiness?

So, one thing I am grateful for is able to eat feel free without have to worry about hunger. In another corner of the world, there are many people who can't even eat well even though they have a lot of money. There are things to be grateful for even if it's only in the form of food. Like my trip this time, in Vietnam, of course in the city of Da Lat, Lam Dong.

First of all, the thing I'm afraid of in this city is about so difficult to finding halal food, especially because this city is a small city, of course as a Muslim traveler like me, finding the standard of halal food which I'm sure will be very different. There are some meats that I can't eat, so, even though in my religion, in urgent situations and there is no other food other than that, I can eat those foods, but I should look for halal ones first.

My first thought was to look for a vegan restaurant, of course vegans would only use plants as the only ingredients, so, I thought it was safe enough for me. So, looking at some vegan restaurant searches is the most important thing before looking for the closest hotel to the city center.

Banh mi, everyone knows that this food is one of the typical foods of Vietnam, even those who have been to Vietnam will never forget the taste of Banh Mi. I think it was the food I liked best first, then pho. Did you know that it's very difficult to find banh mi without pork or pork floss? I didn't even find it in Ho Chi Minh city.

But, I found that when I was in Da Lat, you know, they are even one of the best banh mi in Da Lat city. There are lots of positive reviews and I tried it myself, it's a good thing that I ever tasted. Its about 'Banh Mi Chay Co Hoa'.

The woman who sold the banh mi was very friendly, she even gave us lots of toppings in it, she also spoke a little English, she said we had to bring her banh mi to take back to Indonesia. Honestly, I want to take it to my house in Medan, but it's really not easy, keeping this banh mi from getting stale and bad in transit.

Waiting for him to make banh mi in a fairly short time, I think he is very skilled at making banh mi concoctions. In quite cold weather accompanied by light rain which began to cover the city of Da Lat. The woman asked us to sit beside the shop and gave us a mat to sit on. Just quickly he delivered Banh Mi to us.

These Banh Mi are really very tasty, I even bought 2 for myself, how could I not, it only costs 15,000vnd for one plain banh mi, but if you want more toppings then you have to spend more money for it.

It's famous for its delicious taste, even though it only looks like a sandwich, but I think this is something extraordinary, so every day while in Da Lat, for lunch, we decided to go to the shop and buy 5 pieces of banh mi, 3 to eat on site and 2 more to eat at the hotel. Even though the hotel where we were staying and the banh mi shop were actually quite far away, I was willing to travel there on our motorbike.

Unfortunately, Chay Co Hoa's banh mi doesn't have a drink like Vietnamese coffee, perhaps because he is the only one selling it and it would be very difficult to take the time to mix the drink. So, I suggest you bring your own drinks. The location of Banh Mie Chay Co Hoa is at 143 Phan Đình Phùng, Phường 2, Thành phố Đà Lạt, Lâm Đồng, Vietnam. I think you should try it when you are in Da Lat, Lam Dong, Vietnam.
