The last few days, I feel very hot weather shining on my city. The sun was shining brightly and it made me sweat all the time, but if I think about it, that's the risk of living in a tropical country. There are only two choices of weather when living in a tropical country, namely rain and heat.

Tropical weather is certainly easier to predict than living in a country with 4 seasons. Therefore, in Indonesia we will find many people who sell goods or food around from one place to another. Of course, this way of trading will be difficult to do if your country is snowing of course you will be confused and unemployed when you can't go around to sell because the road is covered with snow. Therefore, this time I want to introduce one of the street food in my area, this food is quite popular as a snack. Yup, that food is grilled meatballs.

Some time ago, when I finished shopping from the convenience store. I saw a street food vendor stopping to take orders. I immediately approached him to find out, what food was sold there, it turned out to be meatball satay, one of my favorite snacks. This traveling food seller not only sells meatball satay, but also various other types of food, such as grilled sausages, chicken satay, and tofu satay.

I ordered about 20 satays with various types for me to eat alone with my wife. How to order this food is very simple, we will choose what kind of satay we will order and the seller will burn it for us. All food products for sale, baking media, sauces, soy sauce etc. are available on motorbikes which are used as tools for sales. Everything is very practical, because the motorcycle serves as a means of transportation as well as a means of commerce. Very practical and smart right?

Seeing the cooking process is also quite exciting, all orders will be placed in a small oven and then will be smeared with sauce and seasonings. We can choose whether these grilled meatballs will be made spicy, sweet spicy, or extra spicy. I prefer the spicy sweet taste, because it is more suitable for my tongue and stomach.

The shoppers were very busy at that time, I had to wait several queues for my order to be processed. That's natural, as street food, this food has met all the requirements of the preferred food. The price is cheap, the taste is delicious and also filling makes everyone love it. In addition, this food can also be consumed by people of all ages. Children, teenagers and parents devoured it.

I always invite friends to buy food products from neighbors or small businesses. Trust me, they need their food sales more than the big franchises. In addition, buying and selling transactions will help the circulation of financial transactions and help restore the country's economy as well. It sounds cliché, but if everyone is too stingy and frugal to shop, I think the economy will stagnate too.
