Hello Foodies, how are you guys today? I hope all of us are always healthy and happy in this life. Year-end holidays have arrived, that is one thing that makes us happy. How are you preparing to enjoy this year-end holiday? Whatever your plan, make sure to always maintain your health and obey the health protocols where you live. Several countries have different regulations regarding this Covid-19 pandemic, but one thing that is important is to always wear a mask wherever you go.

This time, I want to share a pasta recipe that is my mainstay dish. As a man, we must have the ability to cook even if it's only basic cooking skills, such as cooking eggs, cooking instant noodles, or other easy dishes. This ability is very useful when we are away from our parents (such as studying outside the city, or working) or our wife. By cooking we can save our food costs. Cooking one dish is cheaper than having to keep buying food at a restaurant or eating at a restaurant.

As you know, the portion of pasta dishes in restaurants is very small and the prices are also expensive. Therefore, from the time I was a student, I was used to making pasta dishes. Here are the ingredients and how to make Macaroni Carbonara in my style.

Cooking Tools and Ingredients

  • Spiral Macaroni 225 g (La Fonte product)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Salt
  • Black paper
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Chilli sauce
  • Pan.

How to make

I will try to describe the process or stages of cooking this dish, simply and easily. I only use one pan during the cooking process, because I don't want to bother washing the kitchen utensils after cooking.

First, heat water in a pan and add salt to taste. Then add the macaroni that we are going to cook. I use the entire contents of the Lafonte Spiral Macaroni, because I don't like to store food ingredients. The reason is, sometimes I often forget to have stock, so every time I cook pasta, I cook a large amount of starch.

Check condition of macaroni. If it can be drained, the process usually takes about 6-8 minutes to get the ideal shape.

Next, fry the chopped garlic.

1640364506464.jpg

After the garlic stir-fry gives off a delicious smell, then we put the spaghetti sauce and chili sauce into the skillet and stir constantly until blended, then add the onions to the pan.

After that, put the macaroni that has been boiled earlier into the pan and then stir constantly until blended.

1640364506330.jpg

Add full cream milk (remember, we want to make carbonara so we have to add full cream milk, don't use chocolate or strawberry milk, especially milk with banana flavor) and then mix until smooth.

Add oregano leaves and black pepper.

1640364506428.jpg

Then, I cut the mozzarella cheese and put it on top of the macaroni that had been thoroughly mixed. I use a torch to make the mozzarella melt beautifully and make this pasta dish even more delicious.

OK, then we move to the bowl, and my Macaroni Carbona dish is ready to eat.

Maybe, for friends who are more expert and understand about pasta dishes. The dish that I make is not an ideal or correct carbonara pasta, like in terms of raw materials or cooking process. The stages of the cooking process are easy to follow, but what distinguishes one dish from another is the taste.

When we cook, we will go through the process of tasting one dish before this food will be served at the dining table, or served to the customer's table. Well, the ability to feel what is lacking (taste or food ingredients) from a dish is an important thing for everyone.

Okay, good luck to friends.
