Extended time
I feel that my life has gone pretty well, I have accomplished important things like owning my home, raising and educating my children and meeting my granddaughters. However, achieving those goals always meant setting priorities, and it was inevitable to stop doing things I would have liked to do.
If I were given the opportunity to extend my time and be able to live, say, for three lifetimes, I would do things differently.
I am going to assume that these lives are going to be more or less the same length and that I am going to magically remember what I did in the previous ones.
For all three I would keep my same childhood, I would keep the parents I knew, our same home, including the economic hardships we went through, all that part I would leave the same. The changes would begin after my adolescence.
First life
In my first life I would dedicate myself to travel the world and not by plane or luxury ships. I'm not interested in that. I would travel the world on foot, by bicycle or by bus. I think that's the best way to get to know other people's lives.
A project like that could certainly take a lifetime, the world is big enough to travel for many years.
That long trip would put me in a total uncertainty; I might have to go hungry and cold, I might even have to beg to continue the trip; I might have to stay for some time doing temporary work anywhere...
With so many risks ahead I would not dare to look for a wife, I would not compromise the safety of another person for an adventure of this caliber.
So I will most likely do this life alone and not even have a family. Surely death will surprise me in the middle of some adventure in a remote part of the Earth.

Second life
In my second life I would dedicate myself to building a great economic empire, in an activity linked to travel, something like a large hotel chain.
As I know nothing about this, I would have to start from scratch, so I would dedicate a good part of my time to study, to prepare myself in everything necessary to guarantee the success of this great enterprise.
I know that a company like that is not achieved overnight, it requires many years of hard work and sacrifice. I know that most of my time would be spent I would spend time reviewing projects, looking for interesting places to set up the hotels, creating all the logistics necessary for their operation, preparing the staff to be the most dedicated.
There are many, many things to dedicate time to. Most likely, death will surprise me in a meeting planning how to expand this economic empire.

Third life
And then I would reach my last life. This one would be very similar to the one I have lived. Since I would not have to worry about money, I would be able to dedicate myself to my work as a teacher with more peace of mind. I could even pay for the education of many of my students so that they could go to University.
I would educate my children in good schools and I would try that they could create their own businesses, so that in this way they would not depend on States or governments.
That life would surely be much more comfortable than the one I have lived, but the big difference would not only be in the material goods I could have, house, cars and technological gadgets.
The most important difference is that I would not have to endure the arbitrariness of a dictatorial government like the one we have in my country. I would have more resources to fight against that situation.
And if materially I could not defeat the government, I could settle down with my children in another place, where we could all be close, without worrying about economic problems.
The worst thing that has happened to me in the life I have is to see how my children have left the country to look for a better future. Separation from family is one of the worst things that can happen.
After having lived the previous two lives in relative solitude, the end of this third one will be very different, surely death would surprise me in a sunny place surrounded by my children and granddaughters.
As always I enjoyed writing the post. I thank friend @galenkp for this initiative where he leaves us many topics to let our imagination run wild.
Thanks for your time.

Walking around the world on foot sounds totally interesting. Touring the world is also something I'd love to do.
I like how you let your imagination flow given the prompt. This was a beautiful write-up ✨
I'm glad you liked the publication. Truly, going around the world must be a fascinating experience. Thank you very much for stopping by and commenting, dear @wongi . A big hug from Maracay.
You're most welcome.
Have a wonderful day
I would change the order of the lives, specifically the first to the second; I would leave the third as it is.
I feel content with the life I've had, I feel like I've always had a protective angel always at my right hand. Furthermore, I've achieved everything I've set my mind to, I have, what I do regret, is not having spent more time with my parents.
Today, I enjoy every eventuality in life, whether it is desired or not, it is a balance. Without asking the minute hand why it falls behind every time the second hand passes. If it rains, welcome, if it snows, a blessing, if someone comes to visit, welcome… If a loved one leaves us, hope in the promise of Jesus keeps us going.
A hug from afar. May the successes continue and may health surround you, my dear @irvinc.
You don't like to wander the world without money, hahaha.
I also feel that life has been generous with me, I have had many good things and nothing that was a tragedy.
Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your wisdom. Be well dear @amigoponc . A big hug from Maracay.
Thank you so much.
