Nigerian Army killed Fifty (50) Terrorists, captured Seventy-nine (79) and rescued fourteen others among two school children
This is a great development in Nigeria over many years and months of killings by terrorists in the nation, creating fear, making homes unsafe for the the citizens. It's over twelve years now when Boko Haram invaded Government Girls Secondary School, in Chibok town in Borno State of Nigeria and kidnapping two hundred and seventy-six (276) school girls on the night of 14/15 April 2014 which most of them were Christian female students between the age of 16 to 18 years which led to the closing of the school for over four weeks by Borno government. Sadly that till today, not all of them are back to their parents despite several attempt by the Nigerian army in rescuing the kidnapped school girls.

It's now a forgotten story in history in Nigeria especially now that they are several kidnapping and killings cases in the country. It's a thing of joy that Nigerian army are up and doing in rescuing some of those innocent girls whom the kidnappers has turned many of them to mothers by impregnating those of them. A section of Nigerian Army, "Operation Hadin Kai’’ (OPHK) captured over Seventy-nine terrorists in the northwest part of Nigeria. Already, terrorists has turned northwest part of country into their very base where they carried out several successful attacks and killings. Meanwhile, the troops also killed over fifty (50) terrorists while captured Seventy-nine (79) others alive and rescued fourteen (14) others which whom among them was the two school children who were abducted in 2014.

If I feel joyous for the returning of these innocent children and fourteen others abductees, one can imagine how joyful they're for reuniting with their families and their love ones over good numbers of years. Meanwhile, the terrorists were hiding in Bula Davo village in Bama Local Government Area of Borno and at Kawur village in Konduga Local Government Area also in Borno when the troops took them unaware. It's impossible for any terrorists group to survive without those who supply them with weapons and food to carry out their evil activities, they even has ammunition technician with 300 empty cases of ammunition, he normally used for fabricating 7.62mm special ammunition, he lived at Gorom village in Monguno Local Government Area of Borno but was also captured by the army. The troops recovered Several ammunition and other items from the terrorists which included 50 big bags of dry fish, two big sacks of fried meat, 55 jerry cans of petrol, N2.4 million and other sundry items.

Troops recovered six AK47 rifles, 14 AK47 magazines, one HK gun, one G3 rifle, 112 rounds of 7.62mm special, 285 rustled cattle and eight gallons of petrol within the period in focus. A total of 418 terrorists, including their families, who claimed to have lost interest in the ideology of Boko Haram, surrendered to the military. The Troops a neutralised 19 terrorists, arrested 42 suspected terrorists’ logistics suppliers and rescued three civilians
But how on earth someone would love to be an informant to terrorists group who terminate other's people lives? let alone of collaborating with them to carry out evil activities. Thank God they have met with their waterloo as their arrested them in their hideout at different locations. This is a great job done by Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) who have been fighting and captured several terrorists who enclaves at Kolaram and Bukar Meram both in the Southern Lake Chad region of Borno, the bombing of notorious terrorists’ leaders in Gwaska Dankaramis camp at Mashekari area in Zurmi Local Government Area of Katsina State and the killing of a suspected terrorists’ leader known as Dogo Rabe and seven members of his gang is a great hope for a peaceful coexistence in Nigeria.
