My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2026
An early start to the day. A rainy day.
In the morning, I went early to the doctor’s dispensary to get number for today’s appointment for mom. The numbering works on first come first serve basis. The dispensary is 15 minutes by walk.
Once booked, i walked back home. Once home, my sister took my mom to the dispensary.
Around 11.45am, I went out again to buy the medicines prescribed by the doctor for my mom and my sister.
After 3pm, I again went out to buy biscuits and savouries from the shop close to the station. 10 minute walk from my place.
Throughout the day I added steps walking inside the flat and the common balcony.
Completing 10000+ steps for the day.
A good busy walk day for me 😀
