My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2023

A good day at work. Weather was good today.

In the afternoon, i went to high street to meet old colleagues and had lunch with them. It was a nice lunch and good catch-up. After lunch I did a bit of shopping and then walked back home.

In the evening, I did not go out, instead I was watching cricket match. The match was thrilling as the final runs were scored on the last ball of the match. It was Pakistan vs srilanka. Srilanka won and now they play against india in the finals on Sunday. Looking forward to that match.

After match, I added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
