Hello friends, how are you, I hope you had a great weekend, today we are going to sew by machine and by hand, very simple, making a coffee strainer, for this I took the pattern from the internet to do it. I made the decision to do it, which in my home there is a very old one, and so I decided to replace it with a new one. Next you will be shown the materials and steps.


Hola amigos como están, espero que hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana, en el día de hoy vamos a realizar una costura a máquina y a mano, muy sencilla, elaborando un colador de café, para esto tome de internet el patrón para poder hacerlo. Tome la decisión de hacerlo, la cual en mi hogar hay uno muy viejito, y pues decidí reemplazarlo por uno nuevo. A continuación se le mostrarán los materiales y los pasos.

Materials:

√ Pins.
√ Wire base.
√ White thread.
√ Pattern.
√ White cotton fabric.
√ Scissor.

Steps 1:
We place the strainer pattern on the white fabric, press with pins and cut out.

Colocamos el patrón del colador, sobre la tela blanca, prensamos con alfileres y recortamos.

Step 2:
Now we fold the fabric and begin to sew on the wrong side, first making a straight seam, with the machine, leaving 1 cm of selvage and then on the edge of the fabric we make a zigzag.


Paso 2:
Ahora doblamos la tela y empezamos a coser por el lado al revés, haciendo primero una costura recta, con la máquina, dejando 1 cm de orillo y luego en la orilla de la tela hacemos un zigzag.

Step 3:
What we will do is place the base of the wire inside the fabric, folding the edge of the fabric inwards, adjusting it with pins, to pass a straight seam and then under that seam we make the same but double.

Lo que haremos es colocar la base del alambre dentro de la tela, doblando el orillo de la tela hacia adentro ajustándolo con alfileres, para pasar una costura recta y luego debajo de esa costura hacemos la misma pero doble.
