Ecency Discord Weekly Posting Topic: PANCAKE DAY

In the spirit of pancakes day, I welcome you all to my blog once again for this week Ecency discord topic. It is about pancakes day. Although I don't celebrate pancakes day, it is one of the yummy meal one can enjoy any day or anytime on the day. I prepared pancakes for my family. Let's check how it went.

The ingredients

• sugar
• Milk
• Egg.
• Flour
• Vegetables oil
• Backing powder
• Salt
• Pepper.
• Onions.
• Fresh tomatoes
  You know in preparing meal, ingredients may differ but as long as you have flour, backing powder,egg and salt. You can add any other ingredients of your choice.

Preparing the ingredients, tomatoes, onions and pepper.

Mix the egg and milk together.

Mixed flour, backing powder a a little salt.

Mixed everything together , all the ingredients and the flour. It is now ready to be backed.

Step1 is to put the pan on the fire, add a little oil. The purpose of the oil is to help turn it so that it will not stick to the pan.

I backed it in different ways as my children love to eat it

My Son call this, pizzalike pancake.

The yummy pancakes is ready for everyone in the house and i tell you, they all enjoyed it.

How do i celebrate pancake day.

Just as i said before, i don't have special day for pancake. In my house, we prepare it anytime we feel like or we have time to do so.

If you are not celebrating pancake day, is there another day where you eat a certain food that you can tell us about?

Yes i do have special food and it has special day too. I had in mind of preparing African salad but i couldn't get all the ingredients to prepare it. Maybe next time I will prepare it.
