#13 Mountain Range

The thirteenth prompt of the "Infinite Doodle" is "Mountain Range." It braches off the "Peak" prompt.

This makes senses as Mountain Ranges include numerous mountain peaks.

Please note: The Infinite Doodle is intended to be an art project. I have hopes, some day, of drawing pictures for the prompt. Since I find drawing difficult, I suspect that my drawings will lag the pictures by several weeks.

I use AI to generate an image so that I can publish a prompt a day.

I looked up variations of the term "range." I considered a picture with a kitchen range framed by mountain peaks but thought it would be better to have range animals framed by the mountains.

Everyone's favorite range animal, of course, is the humble cow.

Since the Infinite Doodle is an art project. I didn't want an ordinary cow; So, I decided to request "steampunk cows.

I decided to add this picture to a short story called "The Ballad of the Eco-Rustlers" which I penned a few decades ago when I was writing a short story a day.

This story tells the tale of cattle ranchers who were fighting a new breed of rustler.

The Eco-Rustlers were environmental terrorists who had a clever new way to destroy the cattle industry. They would attach devices to the necks of cows. These devides would increase their cognitive abilities of the cattle. Once a cow reached an IQ level they would register for benefits at the Social Security Adminstration. Once on government assistence, the cows would be protected and could not be used for beef.

Wow, if I had AI images back in the day, I probably could have kept up with a story a day.

Hmmm, maybe I should make writing short stories part of the infinite doodle? I added the prompt #writing to see what other writers on HIVE think.
