Wednesday walk : Ceramic Decorate the Restaurant

Greetings to all hive friends wherever they are. Thank you #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay as host. On this occasion I share my experiences in the City of Solo, Central java, together with my children, grand children an son-in-law.

The City of Solo is a cultural city and in thick with its traditions and customs be sides that. The city of Solo has many culinary de lights that are quite well know, one of which is Selat Solo food. A typical food from the city of solo which is quite famous as a lagecy from the Dutch colonial era.

Let's try stopping at a restaurant that has been establishod since 1978, located on veteran street, alley two, Solo city. This place used to be a residence and since then this place has been used as a place to eat. We went to this restaurant for the first time, after arriving at our destination, we saw lots of ceramic ornaments on display.

These ceramic ornaments some of which were imported from abroad such as Italy, China from locally, the room ornaments are dominated by ceramic ornaments which are quite eccentric. There are also brooms and other traditional items as hobbies too. Ceramic decorations if you look there are rupiah price listed, be sides being a hobby there are also ceramics it can be purchased, seeing the ceramic ornaments.

Various shapes made from ceramic such as water jugs, ceramic plates, dining tables made of ceramic, flower shapes and other shapes.

We then looked for a place menus and ordered superior food menus such as ordering Selat Solo and the Timlo food menu. Selat Solo is a mixture, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped beef, given a slightly broown sauce made from soy sauce.

Another order is still traditional food, namely Timlo this timlo is like soup with chicken liver, rolled omelette, vermicelli, sausages, shredded fried chicken. The price is quite affordable around 27.000,- IDR or ($1,8) to 30.000,- IDR or ($2).

This restaurant is quite famous and legendary, many visitors ranging from officials, artists and other. Usually famous visitors write their impressions on a small plate and hang it on the wall as a memory.

The employees who work deliberately show things like cutting vegetables in the front room so that visitors you can see the condition of the vegetables which are still fresh.
