The previous time we learned about sin and what sin is.

Who committed the first sin?

God created Adam and Eve and He said they can
live in the Garden of Eden. It was this beautiful perfect garden. God said they can eat of anything in the garden except of the tree in the middle of the garden.

Adam and Eve were very happy in the garden, they did not had clothes on but was not ashamed.
God visit them in the garden.

But one day the Snake who was the cleverest animal came to Eve. He asked Eve did God say you cannot eat from any tree in the garden?
So Eve answered no: He said we must not eat from the tree in the middle of the garden, if we do, we will die.

The Snake said to Eve, God lied to you, you will become very clever. Eve looked at the fruit and it looked delicious, so she ate it. Then she gave some of it to Adam.

As soon as they ate the fruit, they saw that they were naked. They know about good and bad. They tried to cover themselves with leaves. They heard God was coming and tried to hide from God.

God called them, where are you? Adam said: we are hiding because we are naked. God said:
Did you eat from the tree that I have said to not eat from? Adam said: It was Eve she gave it to me. Eve said: it was the snake, he said I would not die.

God made Adam and Eve clothes from animal skin.
Because of this sin, God send Adam and Eve out of the garden of Eden. Adam had to work hard to get food and Eve would suffer when she give birth to her children. God cursed the snake and said it would sail on his belly in the dust.

This was very sad and God did not walk with the people anymore.
