Hola hermosa gente de Holos&Lotus (@holos-lotus), estamos felices de anunciar un nuevo Concurso para cerrar este año 2021, en el que queremos aprovechar esta energía maravillosa que empieza con este mes de diciembre.

Navidad es una época que tradicionalmente representa el compartir en familia, fiestas, regalos, juguetes, la alegría de los niños, conexión espiritual, rituales especiales, comidas gustosas y tantas otras cosas. Es un mes lleno de significado y cargado de mucho contenido de renovación porque nos disponemos también para dar la despedida de un año y prepararnos para recibir el siguiente con todas sus aventuras.

De todas las prácticas que pueden existir para celebrar estas fechas, podríamos decir que la energía de compartir, agradecer y la de dar y recibir son características propias de la época, incluso es un momento propicio para perdonar y liberarnos de algunas situaciones que nos oprimen, por ello queremos invitarte en este Concurso a compartirnos esas costumbres o rituales que haces antes, durante o después de la navidad que te generen bienestar o cómo te preparas para recibir un año cargado de buena vibra.

Si necesitas algunas ideas o sugerencias para tu post te dejamos algunas que puedes tomar libremente, aunque solo las mencionamos a título de ejemplo:

  1. Cuéntanos ¿Cuál sería tu deseo más importante para esta navidad y por qué?
  2. ¿Cuál es tu ritual de prosperidad?
  3. Escribe una carta de despedida al año 2021 en la que puedas deslastrarte con aceptación y liberación de todo aquello que no te sirva para iniciar con buen pie el 2022, destacando también las cosas positivas que trajo para ti este año de experiencias.
  4. Escribe una carta de gratitud hacia una persona importante en tu vida: TÚ, valorando cada logro alcanzado durante este año.
  5. ¿Haces algún trabajo de perdón en esta época? Compártelo...
  6. ¿Quieres regalarle una carta a alguien especial en tu vida y aprovechar de expresarle tu gratitud? ¡Hazlo!
  7. ¿Cómo prácticas el dar y recibir en tu vida? ¿Realizas alguna acción de caridad en esta época? Cuéntanos sobre ello.
  8. ¿Tienes algún ritual especial para recibir el año nuevo?
  9. ¿Practicas alguna meditación, visualización o ejercicio relacionada con la navidad? ¿o con proyectar tus deseos?
  10. ¿Celebras el Espíritu de la Navidad? ¿Cómo lo haces?

Recuerda que estas solo son algunas sugerencias, puedes compartirnos en este concurso cualquier practica, experiencia, costumbre, ritual o ejercicio que pueda sumarle más valor y bienestar a tu vida y/o el de todos los que hacemos vida en esta Comunidad.

¿Cómo puedes participar?

  • El Concurso inicia el 04/12/2021 y termina el 20/12/2021.
  • El formato para participar puede ser escrito o en video y cualquier otro medio de expresión creativo que quieras emplear, o la combinación de todos ellos.
  • Tu publicación puede ser bilingüe (español- inglés), o sólo en español. En el caso que optes por hacerlo bilingüe, diseña tu publicación para que pueda verse primero el texto en español y luego en inglés, o en su defecto en doble Columnas.
  • Los posts deben ser publicados directamente en la Comunidad @holos-lotus (no se permite el crossposting).
  • Invita al menos a otro Hiver a unirse a este Concurso.
  • Nos gusta crear Comunidad, y por ello te invitamos a comentar al menos otros 3 posts en la Comunidad @holos-lotus.
  • Apoya esta publicación, dale reblog y comparte en los comentarios el link de tu entrada en esta publicación.
  • Utiliza entre las primeras etiquetas los hashtags #bienestar y #feliznavidad.

Hello beautiful people of Holos&Lotus (@holos-lotus), we are happy to announce a new Contest to close this year 2021, in which we want to take advantage of this wonderful energy that starts with this month of December.

Christmas is a time that traditionally represents family sharing, parties, gifts, toys, the joy of children, spiritual connection, special rituals, tasty meals and so many other things. It is a month full of meaning and charged with much content of renewal because we are also preparing to say goodbye to one year and prepare to welcome the next with all its adventures.

Of all the practices that can exist to celebrate these dates, we could say that the energy of sharing, giving thanks and giving and receiving are characteristics of the season, it is even a propitious time to forgive and free ourselves from some situations that oppress us, so we want to invite you in this contest to share with us those customs or rituals that you do before, during or after Christmas that generate wellness or how you prepare to receive a year full of good vibes.

If you need some ideas or suggestions for your post we leave you some that you can take freely, although we only mention them as examples:

  1. Tell us what would be your most important wish for this Christmas and why?
  2. What is your prosperity ritual?
  3. Write a farewell letter to the year 2021 in which you can let go with acceptance and liberation of everything that does not serve you to start 2022 on the right foot, also highlighting the positive things that brought you this year of experiences.
  4. Write a letter of gratitude to an important person in your life: YOU, valuing each achievement reached during this year.
  5. Do you do any forgiveness work during this time? Share it...
  6. Do you want to give a letter to someone special in your life and express your gratitude? Do it!
  7. How do you practice giving and receiving in your life? Do you do any charity work this season? Tell us about it.
  8. Do you have any special rituals to welcome the new year?
  9. Do you practice any meditation, visualization or exercise related to Christmas or projecting your wishes?
  10. Do you celebrate the Spirit of Christmas? How do you do it?

Remember that these are just some suggestions, you can share with us in this contest any practice, experience, custom, ritual or exercise that can add more value and well-being to your life and/or that of all of us who make life in this Community.

How can you participate?

  • The Contest starts on 12/04/2021 until 12/20/2021.
  • The format to participate can be written or video and any other means of creative expression you wish to use, or a combination of all of them.
  • Your publication can be bilingual (Spanish-English), or only in Spanish. In the case that you choose to make it bilingual, design your publication so that the text can be seen first in Spanish and then in English, or otherwise in double columns.
  • Posts must be published directly in the @holos-lotus Community (crossposting is not allowed).
  • Invite at least one other Hiver to join this Contest.
  • We like to create Community, and so we invite you to comment on at least 3 other posts in the @holos-lotus Community.
  • Support this post, reblog it and share in the comments the link to your entry in this post.
  • Use between the first tags the hashtags #wellness and #christmas.
