Weekend Well Spent
The month of May started on a good note with us in the family. Easter Sunday was a sad note and April didn't start well but it ended well. This weekend we decided to go pay a visit to my parents in-laws because since after the burial it was not possible to go visit them
Grandma was already worried and was asking of when we will bring the children to come stay with her, she added that we just left them and ran to the city...lol. Just when the kids returned from school our day told us that she was already waiting for us to arrive.
Before we got to the house food was ready for us and we bounced on it at once, you know grandma's food is always special and I always look forward to that delicacies of hers. The best dish I eat from her is porridge beans, don't be surprised, beans is like my favourite.
Today was just filled with lots of activities and eating for me, I was able to prepare a local delicacy called Kwunu soya, you will just like to have a taste of this delicacy and it went with moimoi..... We also prepared palm oil, the process was not so easy but it worth it.
