Una merienda fácil y rápida// A quick and easy snack
Hola, un abrazo a cada unos de los hivers que hacen vida en esta comunidad, hoy les traigo una de las meriendas favoritas de mis hijos, muy divina y sencilla de preparar, PONQUESITOS CON DULCE DE PLATANO.
Hello, a hug to each of the hivers that make life in this community, today I bring you one of the favorite snacks of my children, very divine and simple to prepare, CUPCAKE OF BANANA SWEET.
PREPARACIÓN DEL DULCE DE PLATANO// PREPARATION OF THE BANANA SWEET
INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS:
- 2 platanos
- Azúcar
- Agua.
- 2 bananas
- Sugar.
- Water.
Preparación// Preparation:
- Se pican los 2 platano en rodajas
- Chop the 2 bananas into slices.
- Se colocan en una olla con un ¼ de agua.
- Se le agrega 6 medidas de azúcar.
- Put them in a pot with ¼ cup of water.
- Add 6 measures of sugar.
- Se deja hervir hasta que el agua con el azúcar se convierta en caramelo.
- Boil until the water with the sugar turns into caramel.
Elaboración de ponquesitos//Elaboration of cupcake:
INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS:
- 3 huevos
- 3 eggs
- 250 gr de azúcar.
- 250 gr of sugar.
- ¼ de litro de leche
- ¼ liter of milk
- 350 gr de harina leudante
- 350 gr leavening flour
- 1 cucharada de vainilla
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
PREPARACIÓN//PREPARATION:
- En un recipiente se colocan los huevos y la azúcar para proceder a batirlo.
- Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and proceed to beat it.
- Luego se le añade una cucharada de vainilla, y la leche.
- Then add a spoonful of vanilla and the milk.
- Se sigue batiendo hasta integrar todos los ingredientes, al final añadimos la harina sin dejar de batir, posteror a ellos al observar que nuestra mezcla este completamente homogenea retiramos la batidora.
- Continue beating until all the ingredients are integrated, at the end we add the flour without stopping beating, after observing that our mixture is completely homogeneous we remove the mixer.
- Colocamos nuestra mezcla en un molde para ponquesitos y los llevamos al horno de 15 a 20 minutos a una temperatura de 180º.
- We place our mixture in a mold for ponquesitos and we take them to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at a temperature of 180º.
- Luego que ya estén listos, con cuidado hacemos un hueco en el centro y lo rellenamos con nuestro dulce de plátano.
- After they are ready, carefully make a hole in the center and fill it with our banana sweet.
- Ahora a disfrutar de una exquisita merienda.
- Now enjoy a delicious snack.
