Welcome to a new post, friends of Hive, I hope my loves are very well today, in this post I shared with you a recipe for something that you will like very much.
Torta de maíz
Corn cake
It was raining a lot, we were all wanting to eat something tasty but homemade so my partner and I got down to work and started making this divine cake.
Ingredientes
Ingredients
- Una taza de leche.
- media taza de aceite.
- una cucharada de polvo de hornear.
- tres huevos.
- una taza de azúcar.
- 200 gramos de maíz.
- 200 gramos de harina pan.
- 200 gramos de harina de trigo.
- A cup of milk.
- half a cup of oil.
- a tablespoon of baking powder.
- three eggs.
- a cup of sugar.
- 200 grams of corn.
- 200 grams of bread flour.
- 200 grams of wheat flour
Preparación
Preparation
The first thing we did was put the corn, sugar, milk and oil in the blender.
We passed the mixture to a bowl because we thought it was going to be more like that, and we continued mixing; We added the corn flour until it was very well integrated and then the wheat flour and the baking powder, we beat until we made a homogeneous mixture.
Flour the mold where we are going to place the mixture and add it, finally we take it to the oven for 45 minutes: when it has been cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool and it is ready to eat.
