The Europeans are slowly dying out. The birth rate is only 1.5. i.e. more Europeans die than are born.
In 2015, European politicians initiated massive immigration from Africa.

If we don't manage to overpopulate the earth then humans will never colonize the moon or Mars.
Man has at least the technology to found a colony on the moon and Mars. just too few volunteers.
