A day with my sister @morenatravels from gown fittings, barong for our father, and window shopping!
As the days unfold, have you noticed the change of weather? The air is getting colder at night, the malls are now open for kids, and Christmas songs are everywhere... The season of giving joy and laughter to everyone, especially to our family & friends. Who doesn't love Christmas? I presume only the grinch right? hehehe...
Christmas here in the Philippines is really warm, colorful, loud, and families always prepare for this joyous season and I can't wait to blog it soon...
Anyway, I had a date with my sissy @morenatravels today for gown fittings for her "big day", she had her gown fitted (I just can't share it here, for now, 😜)also the kids (Kendra & Atasha), and also my father fitted his barong, he still the handsome man I know 😍🤗, afterward we drop my father and the kids at my parent's house.
I was craving for "Banoffee pie" at Banapple IT Park, sad to say they don't open 'till 11 am, I was upset that made me decide to eat at Dove Street...hehehe... My sister @morenatravels was teasing me if I am pregnant, I laugh sarcastically! Well, turns out we are hungry we ordered baked macaroni and panini with their finest house blend iced tea, We are so full and I forgot about the "banoffee pie". Then we decided to window shopping at Ayala for the shoes and Christmas decors, "Sales" are everywhere from shoes to bags and toys. I so love the Christmas themes decorated in Metro Ayala, ball gowns are also on display with their most sparkling, colorful, and intricate designs. It's been 2 years I think the last time I was here in Ayala, omg the covid scare is real! Saw some parents with their kids shopping for shoes, toys & apparel for sure Malls are so happy that kids are back, more sales to them, and scary covid exposure for our children... 😌😔😖
Such a tiring day roaming around the mall for some time, We had ice cream in our favourite "Gelatissimo" before we left the mall and that ends my day...❤️❤️❤️

Well, somehow you created "lightning in a bottle" with this post. I didn't smash the upvote very big with our curation account because you already have a good post payout and we have limited HP, but that doesn't mean I don't love this post, it's just that we have limited HP as a grassroots community.
What an adventurous day, and I always like comparing the Christmas vibes between the USA and the Philippines, but I think I have to designate the Philippines as having more Christmas spirit. Just like the USA though, the Christmas decorations and music appear one day after Halloween. When I visit the USA, I always try to time it for this season because it's one of the only occasions every year when friends and family have the time to hang out.
Very cool that you have family on Hive, I have been trying to onboard family members for years, but with no success. Awesome post, a very cool glimpse of the day through your eyes.
