A Day in My Life Blog: Thank God for a Successful Outreach Event in our Church for our OCC Samaritan's Purse Gift Giving - All the Kids are very Happy! 😇🙏😊

It has been a week already since the day we have picked up all the Gifts Boxes allocated to our Church as being one of the Ministry Partner of Samaritan's Purse OCC Program.

It is mandated that after a week of pickup, we should organize a Outreach Event and distribution of Gifts Boxes to all of the Kids we gather as beneficiaries.

On the said event, we have a lot of things to share and I am happy to be here sharing all of the happenings but before anything else, my thanksgiving and I appreciate the support I get to all my supporters. From the Admins and all Curators who keeps on dropping by to support me, thank you so much.

We have set a date for the said outreach event and invited all the kids to be present so they can get what is to bw given unto them.

I am thankful to God to all who helped me do all of this possible as I cannot do this on my own. I do really appreciate the response of the Church Members and all who volunteered.

We held it in our Church so it is easy for us to prepare and organized. We set it to happen by afternoon after our Church Service as this time many of our Church Members were present.

What we did first is to arrange all gift boxes to the table by are category so we can easy to find and give to the kids based on their age. I thank God for we have helped each other, with the young people and other Church Members and even the kids.

While we're busy in arranging all the gift boxes, other Church Members and volunteers were also busy doing other tasks like the making of name tags to be used by the kids.

I do really believe that when everyone worked together, any tasks or work will be done easily and faster than doing it by few or doing it alone.

That was already around 1:30 in the afternoon when we officially started the outreach event, and I am the one assigned to be the emcee as I am the team leader.

I started the outreach event with an opening prayer and what I did is I've call one of the kids who will led us in prayer with my guidance and thankfully one kid have volunteered himself.

To make the kids alive and energetic, with the help to one of the teachers, we teach the kids a dance and we let all of them dancing. I am happy seeing all of them participating.

I am also the one who led the kids in worship and while their worshipping, I have seen one little kid who is very serious in worshipping God, and she looks very cute and adorable.

I have now then also give a short time to our Senior Pastor and a cousin of mine to share a short exhortation. He also declared and offered a prayer to all of them.

After a few minutes, it is now time to distribute the gifts boxes to all kids who came here in our Church, and when I asked all of them if their ready and excited, they said that their very ready and very excited.

Before we give to them the gifts, we first offer to all of them a prayer led by our Senior Pastor. This is a prayer for the kids that as they received this it reminds that it represents a gifts from God freely given to them.

Finally, the moment has come and I have now called each Kids based on the lists and as they received the kids, I can see on their faces that they're very happy and excited to open all of it.

After a while, all of them have finally received their gifts boxes. What we did first is to have a picture taking as our documentation before they open the gift box. First is while holding the box aligned on their chest and then holding the gift boxes above their head.

Now that the kids have finally received their gift boxes, it is now time to open it but they should open it together. That is why, in a count of three they should open it.

After I've count to three, finally they've seen what's inside the gift boxes and this is also our first time to see what's inside it. The kids were very happy and also as to us seeing all of them very happy.

I have now them took pictures to all of them while opening their gifts boxes and seeing their reactions were indeed very wonderful. This is indeed the Kids happiness most especially to my nephew Baby King2x. He is very happy seeing what's inside the gift.

That was around 4:00 in the afternoon when we officially ended our outreach event and it is also time to invite all the kids for the next weeks 12 lessons classes and hopefully they will finished all of it so we can apply next time.

It is now also time for us to go home since it is already too late in the afternoon. We just thank and praise God for the success of today's event for His glory alone.
