A Day in My Life Blog: Have Attended our Yearly District Annual Leadership Summit held at Suarez Iligan City! 😊😇🤗

It's been a hectic week for me, and that makes me not want to always share my blog post here in the community, which is my ***A Day in My Life Blog ***, but even though I can't share and post here, I will make sure that I will always support the community.

I have a new blog post to share today, and this is all about the yearly event we have for all Pastors from Section 1, Section 2, and Section 3 of our District, the District Annual Leadership Summit.

As always, before I get started, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all my fellow supporters, including the Community Admins, my co-Hivers, and all Curators. Thanks a lot for the support.

This event is supposed to be three days, which is what happened in the past few years, and it is called the District Convention, but this year our District changed it.

They make it a Sectional Convention, and it already happened here in our Section, and for this year we also scheduled a one day event, and it is District Annual Leadership Summit.

On the day of the said event, I woke up very early in the morning and prepare myself as I will be traveling as the venue of our Summit today will be held at the Church located at Suarez Iligan City, and it took me almost an hour to arrive.

That was around 9:00 in the morning when I arrived at the Church and the praise and worship is already started, as it is scheduled to start by 8:30 in the morning.

Even though I didn't joined the praise and worship time from the start, I still thankful to God for I have joined in the last part. And all of us have felt His presence at this moment of time.

What I am also looking for every time we have gathering like this, is the Word of God. I am blessed to listen and learn new important lessons about God. For me, I will always consider the Word of God as my life and guide to my path.

Our speaker for today's event we have is our District Superintendent knowing that this event is a Districtwide and all Pastors within the District will joining.

I really thank God for what he has shared unto us being a servant of God. And our theme for this year is, "The Faithful Anchored Life". The message was based on the theme which focused on a faithful servant must be anchored to God, in despite all the challenges in life.

In this event also, our District took this gathering as a venue for the installation and declaration of new Pastors for our District. We glorify and thank God for the life of this man and woman of God who offered their life to serve God as Pastors.

There are many Pastors who newly joined us, as we will be working together for the Lord. There were also young Pastors who will then be added to join us in the Youth Department.

By noon, we have our lunch break for an hour and we will be going to resume our program by 1:00 in the afternoon which is an important part, and this is the Business Meeting.

It was first done by giving of certificates and awards for the Pastors from the whole District who were faithful giving their Tithes and for supporting the whole District with it's Ministries.

Then it is followed by the reporting of each Department Head. It started by the District Superintendent, Assistand, then other Officers who have a big part in the Ministry in our District, most especially the Youth Department in which we were belong.

As we about to end the program, we were all called to go in front for the group photos as our remembrance and for documentation purposes. We thank God for the successful event we have today.

After then, it is now time for us to go home as the time is almost 5:00 in the afternoon, and thank God for I have got home safe and sound.
