A Day in My Life Blog: The First Event of the Year 2026 - Attended the Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving at Tubod Baroy! 😊😇🙌

Now that it is already new year, it is expected that many events, activities and Church Anniversary will be happening and today, I will be sharing the first Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving in which we are invited.

Together with me are my Senior Pastor who is also my cousin with his whole family. Also with us are some of our Church young people who were also very excited to b here.

I am glad to share it here today but as we are now in the new year, I will never forget and will always thank you all of you my supporters from last year and until now. I am blessed to have you always and God will bless you all.

This will be the first time this year we've attended an event, the Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving at Tubod Baroy. I wasn't aware about this but my cousin who will be the one invited to be the guest speaker asked me with some of the young people to join with them.

When I heard about it, I immediately agreed as it is my joy to attend in every time we have an invitation like this, for I know that I will definitely learn something.

The Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving will be scheduled to start by 9:00 in the morning and it took us almost 3 hours of travel for us to arrived at the Church from our place.

That is why, we've wake up very early in the morning, so we can travel very early too. It was around 4:30 in the morning when we traveled and even though we're still very sleepy at the moment, we thank God for we arrived safely.

We arrived around 8:30 in the morning and just on time the Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving had started the program by the Emcee then the Senior Pastor of the Church welcomed everyone of us.

After we've been welcomed by the Senior Pastor, it is now time for Praise and Worship. It is the Church Praise and Worship Team who will led us in praising and Worshipping God.

It is truly a great and amazing moment to all of us as we've felt the presence of God. Everything we do is for God's glory alone, that is why all of our praises and worship we offer and give back to God.

Next part is to showcase the talents from each department of the Church from Kids Department, Youth Department and the Womens Department.

It is nice that each department have really prepared a presentation in this memorable and important event they have here in their Church.

The Kids have shown to us their talents in Dancing and while they're dancing, they really looks so cute and adorable. It was then followed by the Youth who shared their talents in singing as will as the Womens who sung a song.

It was then followed by the sharing of God's Word. The theme of today's Church Anniversary and Thanksgiving is "God's Divine Ownership". It is indeed a good theme to share as we start a new year.

It is all about God who owned everything with have from our lives and everything that we have. That is why our speaker shared to us that we should always give back everything to God for whatever we have is not ours but from God.

We're all very blessed from what we've heard from the Word of God that has been shared to us. Now, to give thanks and appreciate our speaker, a certificate was then given as a token of appreciation.

That was already 12:00 noon when the sharing of God's Word is done and the rest part of the program has now then followed so we can have now our lunch.

The Church have prepared a lot of delicious and enough foods for us. They have some seafoods and the much favorite delicacy, the Lechon Baboy. This will never be missing in every occasion like this.

We thank God for everyone of us were very full after, and it is now also time for us to go back home as we will be traveling long. Thank God for we just got home safe and sound, and we didn't got home at night.
