A Day in My Life Blog: Thank God for A Successful Pastors Appreciation Day Celebration in Our Church with Our Church Members Preparations! 🤗😇🎉

In the month of October, we've been having a very important and special in which all Churches in different denomination will celebrate, and this is the Pastors Appreciation Month Celebration.

Our Church also celebrate this important event, and I am glad for I was one of those who will be appreciated as being a Youth Pastor here in our Church for almost 5 years now.

During our celebration, we Pastors didn't have anything to do from the preparations until the day of the celebration. We're just sitting down and witnessed what they've really prepared for us.

Now, before I get started with my sharing of the happenings during our event. Let me share my thanksgiving and also I appreciate the support always here in the community. From the Admins, all Curators, and all commenters, thank you all so much.

As the month of October started, we've already announced in our Church that the month of October is what we called, Pastors appreciation month celebration, and we will be scheduled the celebration on Sunday.

We've already know that, we Pastors including my Senior Pastor and his wife, are not allowed to asked or to know anything about their preparation, and so we're just waiting and be excited on the day of the celebration.

The day has finally come for our Pastors Appreciation Day Celebration here in our Church, in which all of our Church members have helped each other in the preparations, most especially flow with the program, some gifts and also with our foods for lunch.

That was around 9:00 in the morning when we started our Sunday's Church Divine Service as will as our program for the Pastors Appreciation, and we Pastors are just sitting down and looking a what the program will going through.

Our Emcee today is one of our Youth Department leader, and this is her first time to become aa Emcee in this kind of celebration we have here in our Church, and she really did it very well.

The youth department have also shared their special presentation today, in which they have rendered a songs for all of us Pastors, and with the Kids Department, they've presented a Dance Presentation.

A scripture reading was now then followed, in which we are now in the middle of our Church Service and celebration, and it is now followed immediately by a Praise and Worship.

Since we have very special event today, we have also some young people dancing for the Tambourine which coincide with the singer or the Worship leader, and it really makes our Praise and Worship time very unique and wonderful.

We have centered ourselves during this time, and it is good to know that all the songs being sang are very familiar with each and everyone of us, so we can easily understand the songs. Thankfully, everyone of us have worship God in spirit and in truth.

Next part of the program is the sermon, and again we Pastors are not allowed to be assigned to share the Word of God, and it is good to know that the one who will share God's Word today is our Youth President, who prepared a lot for this celebration.

He is now then started sharing God's Word, and took the time intended for him to share. What he shared today is very timely, as it is all about the reasons why all Pastors are worthy to be appreciated.

As I hear the sermor today, it really touched my heart, as it reminded me that I am worthy to be appreciated today, as God called me for a purpose of serving Him and also the people whom he loved the most.

We are now in the last part of our Pastors Appreciation Day Celebration as our speaker invited us, to go in front for they will be offering a prayers to us, and it is indeed our privilege to received a prayers from all our Church members.

We have now then sitting down on the chair in the front, as some of our Church members have asked to share their short messages to the three of us Pastors here in our Church, including my Senior Pastor and his wife.

As they shared their messages, I am very overwhelmed hearing all the thankfulness and great messages from all of them. As they shared a message, they've also gave us some gifts, in kinds and some have shared in cash, which we didn't expected.

It took us a few minutes, and I am very happy for I do received many gifts today like groceries, and in cash which really helped me in our house as some are foods and rice which lasts maybe for two weeks or more.

After then, we have take our lunch in which our Church members have prepared too, and it is very special today as we have an all time favorite Lechon Baboy or grilled whole pig. Which makes us very full after.

We have now then rested for a while before we went back home with all the gifts I've received today, and I thank and praise God for everything that I've received today.
