Bendecida noche amigos de nuestra colmena, creadores de recetas deliciosas, espero se encuentren muy bien y ideando su próximo plato. Por acá les comparto el mio y se trata de un mix de carne y chorizo, acompañado de arroz, ensalada y papas fritas. Les muestro como se prepara.

Blessed night, friends of our hive, creators of delicious recipes, I hope you are doing well and planning your next dish. Here I share mine and it is a mix of meat and chorizo, accompanied by rice, salad and French fries. I show you how it is prepared.

• Chorizo || Sausage
• Bistec || Steak
• Arroz || Rice
• Zanahoria || Carrot
• Tomate || Tomato
• Cebolla || Onion
• Papas || Potato
• Limón || Lemon
• Aceite || Oil
• Sal || Salt

Cortamos los chorizos en pedazos y el bistec en tiras y agregamos un ajo picado y sal. En una sartén agregamos y con poco aceite ponemos a sofreír hasta que estén listos.

• Cut the chorizos into pieces and the steak into strips and add a minced garlic and salt. In a frying pan we add and with a little oil we fry until they are ready.

Para el arroz, lavamos muy bien con abundante agua para eliminar cualquier impureza o suciedad que traiga. En una olla, lo colocas con sal, aceite y agua en medidas y dejas hacer hasta reducir el agua.

• For the rice, we wash very well with plenty of water to remove any impurities or dirt that it brings. In a pot, you place it with salt, oil and water in measures and let it cook until the water is reduced.

Procedemos con la ensalada, cortamos en juliana cebolla y la desangramos con limón, rallamos zanahoria, y cortamos en juliana tomate. Agregamos para la vinagreta limón, aceite vegetal y sal y incorporamos sabores y colores.

• We proceed with the salad, julienne onion and bleed it with lemon, grated carrot, and julienne tomato. We add lemon, vegetable oil and salt for the vinaigrette and add flavors and colors.

Y para finalizar con la receta, cortamos en bastones papas, para en una sartén caliente friamos y queden crujientes y deliciosas.

• And to finish with the recipe, we cut potatoes into sticks, fry them in a hot pan and they are crunchy and delicious.
