Minced Stuffed Buns is a new trial dish for me as I never tried to make buns like this at home. Luckily, I go succeeded in baking these cute yummy buns. I used mutton mince in these buns while you guys can use any of the mince meat as per your preferences.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

For Dough:

NameQuantity
All Purpose Flour500g
Instant yeast1tbsp
Salt1tbsp
Oil2-3tbsp
Sugar1tbsp

For Stuffing::

NameQuantity
Mutton Mince150g
Chopped Onion1PC
Ginger Garlic Paste1tbsp
Oil2-3tbsp
Chopped Parsley4tbsp
Tomato Purée4tbsp
Saltto taste
Red Pepper1tsp
Turmeric1/2tsp
Oregano1/2tsp
Thyme1/2tsp
Kashmiri Pepper1tsp

💫 Method:

First off, you have to kneed the dough so it can proof which takes some time. For this, add all purpose flour, oil, sugar, salt, and instant yeast to the bowl and kneed the dough with the help of lukewarm water. Kneed it properly for good 5-6 minutes and set aside at warm place.

Meanwhile, measure the spices that you need to add in prepping of mince. I used the following spices which already mentioned above.

Now take a sauce pan, add oil and chopped onion to sauté until colour turned into translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a while. Add mince and keep stirring until the colour of mince changed from red to white. Add all the spices and tomato purée to the mince and let it cook for good 10-15 minutes as I used mutton mince. At the end, add chopped parsley and turn off the flame.

Check the dough if it proof nicely then kneed it for another 10 minutes to look soften. Make a large sized round bar and cut into desired portions to make buns.

Take each portion one by one and flat it so you can add filling.

I added one tablespoon of mince along with pizza cheese.

Now make a round shape by closing all of the corners to one point. And, let the dough rest for another 10 minutes

I take a baking dish lined with butter paper and put the 6 buns on distance so these can rise a bit while baking. Put the egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds and nigella seeds on top of buns.

I put the tray in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 180C. This is how they turned out after a lot of hard work by recording.
