Preparations for Nanay's Birthday

Today is 64th Birthday of my boyfriends mother. And last-last day together with his siblings we planned on what party we could do for her. Then we come up with this "Barbecue Party" and we just held it on there home.
So my boyfriend and I is the one who assigned to bought the ingredients of the barbeque. And aside from that I pledge a "Maja Blanca" and I voluntered also to prepare the said "Backdrop".
So yesterday afternoon, we went to the market to bought the said ingredients for barbeque and maja blanca then the materials for the backdrop.
As we arrived at home, while I am preparing the maja blanca to be cooked, my boyfriend marinated the ingredients for the barbeque.
I cooked the maja blanca and I've made 1 medium size pan of it or a half kilo of it. Then I let it cool for awhile before I placed it on the refrigerator.
And then the next thing I did is to prepare the backdrop, so that later when we arrived to there home, we just only paste it on the wall. My boyfriend helped me to prepare it.
And early this morning we skew the marinated pork. So later on we just grilled it when we arrived at there home.
