Pasta is a favorite food of Iranians

Hello friends. It is time to get acquainted with another food from Iran.

Macaroni the Iranian way.

I filmed and photographed all the steps in order.

The chopped onion with the meat (I used soy) and fry the paste.

Boil water in a large pot.

Pour the pasta into boiling water.

Drain after 10 minutes.

Pour a little oil in the bottom of the pot.

Put a loaf of bread in the bottom of the pot.

Pour some pasta after the ingredients we make.

Repeat this until all the pasta and meat ingredients are done.

Reduce the heat of the pot. Put it in the dish and wait for half an hour for the pasta to brew.

As usual, there is Shirazi salad on the table of all Iranians.

Now we can eat.
