RE: Living conditions of my villagers.

Oh, road construction/repairs always seems to take forever! Especially on the big roads like highways. A few years back they redid our road not because the road was damaged but because the water pipes underneath it had to be replaced, so they tore up the road to replace the pipes and then made a new road. It was very loud right outside our homes! In the end it was good though, because we used to have a lot of flooding and this fixed it.
