The first snowfall 2021

The snowfall began towards the night, when I was already getting ready for bed. Before going to bed, I habitually look out the window. And as soon as I saw flying snowflakes, I immediately went for a walk.

For photography, I chose my area so as not to waste extra time on a trip to the center.

After all, snowfall is a phenomenon that can last all night, or it can end in five minutes.

Moreover, the first snow is doubly fleeting.

The first snow can not only quickly stop falling from the sky, but it can also melt through the snow.

Next, it was necessary to decide on the genre.

Although what else can you think of here besides the night street?

Shooting should be hand-held, otherwise the snow itself will not be visible.

And there must be people in the photo to make the frame livelier.

With people, of course, it's hard at night. On the other hand, though, I managed to catch quite a lot of people in the frames.

If there are no people, but you want to convey the snowfall, then this should be a slightly stronger plot component than with a person.

There would be clearly more people in the city center than in a remote neighborhood.

And the locations in the center are more interesting...I would even say that it nobler.

But this first snow is far from the last, and with each such precipitation, I will change the location.

What a pity that I forgot the flash - my plans were to shoot street scenes with a pulsed light source during a snowfall.

The snow gave a bit of a holiday feeling.

And, of course, it melted the next day...
