New Year's decorations of the city

Every year I say the same thing: don't need to decorate the city for the New Year so early, otherwise the anticipation and atmosphere of the holiday will run out. Of course, I'll take pictures anyway, since it's necessary for work.

It is necessary to capture all the New Year's illumination and decorations before the New year, because immediately after the holiday you do not want to do this.

As soon as the new year comes, photos with Christmas trees, toys, and Santa Claus become irrelevant.

And if you didn't have time to take a picture of something, then you can do it later, but the publication will not be of interest to anyone, since the entire news feed will be littered with such pictures.

The best option is to collect the necessary images a week before the new year and make a post somewhere before a couple of days.

But there is a difficulty: in order for the pictures to have a New Year's atmosphere, at least snow is needed.

After that snowfall, everything melted...

And I've asked for light figures and all sorts of fancy lights...

That is, it turns out that I did a double job.

I captured all the light shapes without snow, and then I will retake them with snow (if it falls).

By the way, I asked for snow in a post yesterday...Vologda was covered in snow this morning! Thanks! Let's do it again!

Also about pre-holiday decorations: it's very difficult to use the same photos for several years in a row.

Some of the light shapes don't change, but their locations do.

Also, of course, something new appears every year.

And what's to hide – I still like making beautiful color pictures!
