공원길에 산책하면서 운동 기구를 보았다. 이틀전에 허리 운동도 같이 하기로 했지. 그래서 나는 걸음을 잠시 멈추고 허리 돌리기를 했다. 걷기 운동도 좋지만, 건강을 위해 그것만으로는 부족하다고 생각한다. 근력 운동도 필요하고 유연성을 기르는 운동도 필요하다. 허리 돌리기는 허리 근육과 유연성을 모두 보강해줄 수 있다. 앞으로는 이 운동기구를 볼 때마다 그냥 지나가지 않고 허리 운동을 할 것이다. 내 몸 상태가 점점 더 나아지기를 바란다.
