3만 걸음이 넘었다. 내가 그렇게 많이 걸었나...? 하루 2만 걸음 넘는 것도 흔치는 않다. 많이 걸을 수록 좋다고 생각한다. 그만큼 더 많은 에너지를 사용했다는 뜻이니까. 문제는 많이 걷는다고 살이 빠지지는 않는 것이다. 몸무게를 줄이고 싶으면, 먹는 양도 줄여야 한다. 이게 나에게는 특히 어렵다. 배고픔의 고통을 이겨낼 줄 알아야 한다. 다음에는 할 수 있을까? 건강을 위해서는 그래야 한다.
