Me he encontrado estas fotografías de una tarde de dibujo con mi hija :)

En esa oportunidad estaba estrenando unos marcadores punta pincel que me habían regalado. Recuerdo estar muy contenta por ello.

Me gusta mucho hacer retratos. En esta oportunidad quería experimentar en mi cuaderno de bocetos. Realicé rostros explorando diferentes formas, exagerando rasgos y facciones. Al desdibujar las expresiones de un rostro o representarlas de manera poco realista, podemos reforzar la emoción que queremos transmitir.

Al experimentar en un cuaderno de bocetos, debes liberarte de querer hacer todo perfecto. Me cuesta, pero lo intento. De hecho, mostrar estas fotografías de uno de mis cuadernos de bocetos es un poco vergonzoso :D

Me digo a mi misma: ¿Qué más da? después de todo, son sólo ejercicios :D y de estos experimentos surgen muchas buenas ideas :)

I found these pictures of an afternoon of drawing with my daughter :)

At that time I was using for the first time some brush tip markers that I had been given as a gift. I remember being very happy about it.

I really like to draw portraits. This time I wanted to experiment in my sketchbook. I made faces exploring different shapes, exaggerating features and factions. By blurring the expressions of a face or depicting them unrealistically, we can reinforce the emotion we want to convey.

When experimenting in a sketchbook, you have to free yourself from wanting to make everything perfect. I struggle, but I try. In fact, showing these pictures of one of my sketchbooks is a bit embarrassing :D

I say to myself: What's the difference? after all, they are just exercises :D and from these experiments come many good ideas :)
