"The Magic Coffee Pot"

Hello dear community of Cinnnamon Cup Coffee here is my participation in the second contest that you brought us with so much love to continue creating incredible stories through the creativity that each participant presents.

August vacations arrived, I told my parents that this time I would like to spend them in a different country, I wanted to travel to a place that at that time was winter, they took me at my word and planned two weeks adjusted to our budget, which had been saving for many years, we decided to go to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay which has completely different customs to ours.

The day of the trip arrived, everything was perfect, we arrived at the hotel, we walked around, we knew all the facilities, three days passed, then we decided to go to the center of the city to know incredible and very representative parts of that country.

It was a cold afternoon, we were walking along the promenade of Montevideo, when we saw a beautiful antique store that caught our attention completely, when we entered there were many interesting things, the owner looked at us very strange, we walked all over the place. But suddenly something caught my attention, it was a porcelain coffee pot, I asked the owner how much it was worth and he told me with a very hoarse and bitter voice, -it is worth 400 pesos- I told my mom to buy it to take it to our country and she gladly did it.

We had an incredible vacation, but it was time to return home, we arrived, unpacked, tidied up, but I was so tired that for days I did not see anything of what we had brought back from the trip.

One very hot afternoon watching a movie, I was overwhelmed by the heat, I went to the kitchen to see if I had something delicious to drink to cool off and found nothing appetizing for the moment, suddenly a rich image came to my mind, I wanted to have a divine iced coffee, meringue style, I thought of preparing it myself watching tutorials XD, I found the coffee pot that I had brought back from my trip to Uruguay 8 years ago and that had only been in my house as an ornament without ever being used, I took it out of the cabinet, made coffee and poured it into the pot, then the hot coffee steam came out of the spout from which a genie emerged.

I was surprised, now I could understand why at that time that beautiful coffee pot attracted me so much, the magical character told me the following: - This coffee pot is magic and grants you powers, every time you use it, the only thing is that those powers can fail at any time and my duty is to warn you, only one you must choose, "Option 1. The coffee makes you invisible BUT, not your clothes or any other thing you can wear, and the invisibility stops randomly in different periods of time and without prior warning. Option 2. Coffee allows you to read other people's minds for a while BUT, sometimes, randomly, it also allows others to read your mind and you don't know when it is happening. Option 3. The coffee allows you to teleport to any place in the world you choose for 24 hours, BUT sometimes it fails and sends you to a completely random place that could be anywhere", -That being said which one do you choose-.

I thought who wants to suddenly appear in a place without any clothes on, that option definitely not, the power to read minds sounds tempting, but how overwhelming it must be to see so many problems in other people, besides I feel it's not right to invade everyone's privacy like that, So I answered -I choose Option 3, since I have always liked to travel a lot and I add to that, I love to try different foods and drinks, among them coffee, traveling around the world is a dream for me, to try different types of coffee would be something great so if the power fails it doesn't matter, because it can still take me to places unknown to me and that would be another experience.

I thought about it and again I told him -Well, I am going to try it right now, so I will use my power to travel to drink a divine iced coffee for this hot weather, the genie disappeared smiling, the magic powers sent me to Enrolados Venezuela
