Cumpleaños de mi compañero Antonio [Esp/Eng]

Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos? ¿Cómo están? Porque todo muy bien, gracias a Dios. Créanme que hoy estaba que ya ni siquiera quería hablar por aquí porque me siento supercansada, pero aquí estamos otro día más porque la verdad es que lo que les quería contar hoy es superchistoso.

Hi, how’s it going, mates? How are you all? Everything’s going really well, thank God. Believe me, I didn’t even feel like posting here today because I’m absolutely knackered, but here we are for another day because, to be honest, what I wanted to tell you today is absolutely hilarious.

Resulta que el día de hoy le celebramos el cumpleaños a mi compañero Antonio, el cual se ha encontrado cumpleaños el día de ayer pero por ser domingo decidimos entre todos celebrarle hoy su cumpleaños y les cuento que la verdad todavía ha sido un corre corre porque casi que lo organizamos entre 2 personas aunque todos colaboraron pero fue súper ajetriado Para hacer todo, y bueno la verdad es que organizarse con todo solo dos personas es bastante pero no imposible porque no todos nuestros compañeros tampoco es que están en la misma unidad de negocio que nosotros.

It turns out that today we’re celebrating my colleague Antonio’s birthday. It was actually yesterday, but as it was a Sunday, we all decided to celebrate it today instead. I have to say, it’s still been a bit of a rush because we’ve practically organised it all between just the two of us, although everyone did help out – it was just incredibly hectic getting everything done, and well, the truth is that organising everything with just two people is quite a challenge, but not impossible, because not all our colleagues are in the same business unit as us either.

Les cuento que todo esto fue un show con la cuestión de los regalos porque uno de nuestros compañeros decidió llevarle un boxer que fue la sensación de la risa porque dicho boxer estaba estampado con unos besitos y la cara de ese compañero por todas partes además de un ser de un color bastante llamativo como es el rojo Lo cual para nosotros fue motivo de risa toda la tarde además de que también nosotros lo hicimos su regalo y pienso que A pesar de todo se disfrutó bastante el rato sentí que estábamos todos juntos y que compartimos bastante de todo lo que teníamos. Y yo les cuento que la verdad es que estoy bastante asustada porque estoy casi segura de que me va a tocar un regalo así parecido a eso, porque les cuento que el próximo cumpleaños es el mío el día jueves, así que deséenme suerte cuando lo comparto por aquí.

I’ll tell you that the whole thing was a bit of a farce with the presents because one of our mates decided to bring him a pair of boxer shorts that had everyone in stitches – they were covered in little kisses and that mate’s face everywhere, as well as being a rather eye-catching colour, namely red. That kept us laughing all afternoon, and we also made him a present of our own. I reckon that, despite everything, he really enjoyed himself I felt that we were all together and that we shared so much of everything we had. And I’ll tell you that, to be honest, I’m quite scared because I’m almost certain I’m going to get a present similar to that one, because, as it happens, my birthday is coming up on Thursday, so wish me luck when I post about it here.
